Where is the next event going to be?
We are planning our next major event, Imagine AI Live, in Las Vegas in March/April 2025. We are also planning regional IMPACT and MEETUP events in major cities every few months. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed, or become a member of our community to replay content from our past events!
Can I attend virtually?
Our events are primarily in-person events, and the value of networking is unparalleled for our attendees. However, if you can’t attend in person but want to access the recorded content from our events, we encourage you to sign up for Imagine AI Live Membership, which will give you unlimited access to content from all of our events from anywhere.
Are there press passes available?
Yes, for qualified members of the press, we have limited passes available. Please inquire by emailing us at info@imagineai.live.
Are there discounts for attendees from the same company?
Yes, we can arrange a discount if multiple attendees from the same company plan to attend. Please email us at info@imagineai.live to inquire.
Will there be any networking opportunities?
Absolutely! We’ve intentionally designed our live events for networking throughout the day with our AI Galleries of featured companies, and into the evening with an all-conference networking reception, including a private dinner with speakers and founders for those who pick up a VIP pass.
Networking also takes place online in our online community communication group and membership portal, which every registered attendee will have access to.
I'm not part of an Enterprise organization. Would this conference still benefit me?
Yes! We are open to enterprises of all sizes and types, including professionals, students, and non-profits looking to apply generative AI to their work. While our event will be tailored towards executives and leaders strategically positioned inside businesses, people from any size organization will benefit from attending.

What is the cancellation policy?
Currently, we don’t have the option to cancel or give refunds.
